Chief Justice John Roberts missed the 845 broadcasts in which Hannity and his misinformed guests called the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. The Supreme Court decided that you can call the disputed mandate to buy insurance a "shared responsibility payment" or a "penalty" or a purple cow or the end of the world but the mandate is actually just a tax hike on certain taxpayers who do not buy health insurance. Citizens may lawfully choose to pay the tax in lieu of buying health insurance. Since the mandate is just a tax and only a tax it is entirely within Congress's constitutional power to enact and the law stands as is.

The Ohio National Guard is on the scene and hoping to quell the situation without violence.
