Barbour Signals He's Ready To Run! Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour follows Romney and Huckabee to Israel for speaking engagements, photo-ops and fundraisers. Because it is always helpful to have some Jewish street-cred for fundraising, the traditional pilgrammage to Israel is boilerplate politics for most U.S. Presidential candidates of the past 30 years.
